I had to get fertility medication and they worked with me on getting insurance to cover atleast part of the medication. They were quick with delivery when needing refills, and all I had to do was call. It was quick and easy.

The worst customer service possible ever that I have experienced from the company. I have tried to refill my prescription a week ago , I was placed on hold, transferred, lost, placed on hol and transferred to the wrong department three times. my prescription was requested, they asked me to also call my doctor to expedite it which I did, my prescription was then transferred to a different company because I was told that when you have a specialty pharmacy your prescriptions go in the system and they don’t always use the same p... read more
I am so impressed with the customer service representatives on the phone at SMP. They are always kind and efficient. I have used another specialty pharmacy, which was not nearly as helpful or reliable. Thank you for your high quality service.
