The experience was amazing. Lisa was extremely professional. I had no concerns with her knowledge please take her advice she is a perfectionist. The results were exactly what I was hoping for. To be honest I should have done it years ago but to find a company like SMP north Adelaide was probably worth the wait as you cannot question the result truly amazing. Lisa communicates extremely well and is always responsive when contacted following Consults. Her level of detail is a template of what good Service should look like. The Barber Team were also excellent and engaging. I did some research and looked into Reviews around the Service - which were overwhelmingly positive. I am somewhat sceptical in nature - this experience exceeded my expectations!
I was apprehensive about having treatment but from the moment I stepped into the shop I was made to feel at ease by both Lisa and Tony. Lisa explained everything in simple terms and did not put pressure on me to go ahead with treatment. Throughout the treatment process she has been fully professional and made me feel valued. Tony has also been excellent and guided me on what cut would compliment the treatment. Excellent practitioners and who I shall continue to use in the future.
I am extremely happy with the results. Lisa was amazing and very thorough with her work. Lisa made sure I was happy with each session before it ended. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the sessions. Highly Recommended.
