My wife and I recently visited Mark at SMP to look at buying a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L. Mark was super responsive from the minute that I requested information and it was clear that he was not trying to haggle me into buying a car. He sent me the information, we scheduled a time for me and my wife to come visit, easy peasy.
