After waiting weeks for Home Service Plus to fix my AC and give me a quote on replacing my furnace and ac knowing it was needed, I called Off The Hook. They were there within a few hours and not only fixed my ac, they did it for free if they could quote my replacement. These guys came to my house in the spring and replaced both AC and furnace. No problems at all with the AC all summer and so far heat is better than ever. The guys that came were super nice and easy going. They were quick and efficient, and their work was neat and clean when they finished. Definitely recommend!

Our heater went out on a very cold night. My husband and I decided to call this company because so many of the reviews raved about their honesty. Now, so will I! Harris, thank you so very much for your kindness and your honesty. It was just a plugged up bit in the furnace keeping it from working at all. He cleared it out and gave it a once over to make sure that was the only issue. Now its running again. Well worth the money for a business that knows their stuff and does not take advantage of peoples misfortune. THANK YOU

I am very happy with this company and will refer everyone I know to this company for all heating, air, etc needs. They are honest, do a very good job, and are very nice. They explained to me what wrong and showed me the part I needed to replace. 2 plus years and I have used this company again and again and I will always refer everyone to them for all your needs. Today 11 2025 I had them here for a furnace replacement and 2 hours later I am happy and warm. Nice people, polite and friendly staff, great job. Thank you, Marilyn
