These guys are great! Installed an A/C unit last July. Installation was great but a part failed when I went to turn it on for the first time this season. Matt returned my call right away and got someone over a few hours later. The service tech Omer showed up on time and was very friendly. He was able to get it done the same day fortunately. They send installers to troubleshoot issues with the system they installed and then never solve the issue you are having because the installer doesn’t have the appropriate tools.

The service we received from Off the Hook! was top-notch! When my furnace needed to be replaced, Joe walked us through all the information needed, was friendly and offered very fair pricing He was fast, efficient and professional.
