I really appreciate the honesty from this company. I messaged in about a sporadic loud humming noise from our A/C unit, and instead of sending someone out just to bill me a trip charge and likely not be able to recreate the sound, they took the time to call me and explain what was most likely going on. My AC went out on a Friday evening. I was able to fix it myself, but the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was more than happy to help me out and even offered to sell me the part that I needed to get it working again. I will be calling him for help in the future! I highly recommend this company.
