I found Elsie's business, SMP Hair Clinic, on Yelp and chose to get my SMP treatment with her due to her transparency, knowledge and fair pricing. She did NOT overpromise or try to sell me any treatments that I did not need. She instead educated me on the options, what they would do and allowed me to pick what what treatment I wanted to go with. Elsie is a wizard! I struggled with thinning hair and an embarrassing bald spot where my cowlick swirls on my crown; Elsie completely and naturally blended those areas away. Her SMP can't be beat! I even plan to followup down the road with her PRP to generate new growth. Elsie is talented and passionate about her work. She takes care pride in providing superior service. If you are at all curious about SMP & PRP, you won't find a better option than the Queen of Scalp herself.

I was quite apprehensive about getting SMP. I did a lot of research and even had a video call with a clinic in Newport. However, I didn't feel confident that they would provide the care I needed. I truly had a great experience at the SMP hair clinic in Newport Beach, California! Elsie was great and her level of excellence and professionalism was amazing as she cares and loves what she does! I absolutely love visiting Elsie for PRP hair treatments. She is thorough, safe, explanatory surrounding the treatment/injections. Outside of her office she shares the importance of a healthy lifestyle and hair care to maximize both results and overall wellness. I live in LA where there are a plethora of “trendy” spa’s to visit that may offer something similar but she’s such a joy to visit that I’d rather come here every time.
