I had a lease option house i was the owner. Scott told me this is a messy eviction. i went to see him to know what my rights are. from what he told me 'And what Scott did for me.two different. things. I felt like i hired an attorney who did not care. Every low bid my tenant offered me Scott said to take it. He never did mention eviction to the other side. All he wanted to do is please the other attorney. I did feel like Scott was working for the other side. I am so disappointed in scott and will never use him again.
