I called this agency to get a new insurance quote. I had the majority of the information I knew would be requested, but I didn’t know the value of our guest house. She had the nerve to tell me since I didn’t have that information, I was tying up her phone line. With that type of attitude I am sure there wouldn’t be that many people calling at the same time.
