I had a terrible experience renting here. When I reached out to management to ask about options for ending my lease early due to unforseen circumstances (politely and with willingness to pay for the remaining months), Jessica Stroscheim responded incredibly unprofessionally, using all caps and even threatening to charge me for "administrative time" if I ever contacted them again. Smoots is now First Choice Property Management and they are awful to rent with! They have raised rent twice in 4 months for an increase of 55%. In total over 3 years they have almost doubled my rent. With all that extra money there are zero amenities even though the price is now similar to complexes with gyms, pet areas, etc. Instead we just get overflowing dumpsters and most complaints are met with a very hostile "Don't like it, move!
