Dr Berdy is awesome!! He is always very patient with me and everyone there is very nice. The first time i went in for Botox and fillers I fainted. When I could not stand very well or get home by myself, he drove me home! He is a super-duper kind doctor and I completely recommend this place. They also got me orange juice and Gatorade and let me lie as long as i needed another time when I was "woozy" . Oh and of course I look fabulous now!!
This spa sets the standard for top-notchn service. The staff are friendly and professional. I always leave feeling great after my treatments there. Highly recommended!
PROFESSIONAL, GREAT RESULTS I visited Smoothmed because I heard the staff were very professional and knowledgeable and the location and hours were perfect. I had some spider veins on my face and when I spoke to Kim and Ashley at the front desk, they informed me that Vein Wave and IPL would be the best options for me. Good experience! Dr. Berdy is a good Dr & nice person – Hi ... I was very nervous about doing this (Lips & Botox). I didn't know anyone to ask about where to go. I found SmoothMed online & the experience exceeded my expectations. I've been twice. Dr. Berdy is a good doctor & a nice guy. He was helpful & intuitive. Beyond my highest expectations – I found myself int he position of coming into a little extra money and having a few days off from work. I wanted to get some mouth/chin lines done, as well as some lip plumping. It had been a few years since I had done this with a plastic surgeon and the work needed to be refreshed. Botox and Juvederm at Smoothmed – I just had to give kudos to Dr. Berdy and Smoothmed. I was really afraid to get Botox or a filler, primarily because I bruise so easily that it takes weeks of down time. To my great relief and delight, I had not one bruise!!! Dr. Berdy used ice before and after each injection and I didn't have to "hide out" even one day! Thank you so much Smoothmed. Painless too.
