My son order Smoothie King through Doordash, his bundle smoothie and toast was covered with the Smoothie King tape, my chocolate smoothie was not, I called Smoothie King in Allen Park, Mi. 8 times to see if they didn't cover it or if the Doordash driver tampered with it. They never answered so I just threw the chocolate smoothie away. Then I sent a message and called corporate, they didn't answer either. All you had to do was answer the phone, but now you got a 1 star.

In Cape Coral Florida the smoothie king sucks. They have 1 kid working upsize Friday. If I wanted to wait 30min I would have went to a restaurant. Sometimes there’s 2 and it a just not enough. People on lunch breaks don’t want wait 30 minutes for a smoothie!!!

Nothing to do with the product, however the new owner of the tallahassee and Thomasville locations has done such a poor job and running the name into the ground at all of his locations. Ive heard horror stories of his actions and it should be noted the unethical behavior that is displayed is now making the name of this company look like trash. I live in Georgia and My account was used to make a purchase on the app by someone in texas. I spoke with someone at the store and they said they would not give the person the order. I made sure to remove my card info from the app just in case. I checked today and the order status says "complete" meaning they gave the person the order. I have no way to report the hacking on the app and now I have to file a chargeback with my bank.
