Nothing to do with the product, however the new owner of the tallahassee and Thomasville locations has done such a poor job and running the name into the ground at all of his locations. Ive heard horror stories of his actions and it should be noted the unethical behavior that is displayed is now making the name of this company look like trash. I live in Georgia and My account was used to make a purchase on the app by someone in texas. I spoke with someone at the store and they said they would not give the person the order. I made sure to remove my card info from the app just in case. I checked today and the order status says "complete" meaning they gave the person the order. I have no way to report the hacking on the app and now I have to file a chargeback with my bank.

I have been trying to find a good phone number or a direct email to contact Smoothie King corporate, but I can't find any. Between home, work and my gym, I go to 3 different Smoothie Kings. They all have the same problem. Employees dealing with the toast too close to where smoothies are prepared. I have celiac disease, I can't even have cross contamination of gluten, which is found in wheat. I went to Smoothie King in Harker Heights TX and ordered 2 smoothies using my A plus card that I purchased from a school that Smoothie king signed up to be part of their promotion allowing one free smoothie with the purchase of one equal Or greater value. I presented my A plus card to allow the discount and the cashier by the name of Liiiana initially told me that I couldn’t use that card with a 44 oz smoothie. I ordered a $25 E-Gift card on Wednesday 12/24/25 for my boss for Christmas, she never received it and I never received a confirmation email. Why does your company use a third party company for your E- Gift Cards? I spoke with someone who said she could not locate my order although I provided her with a confirmation number. Today is 12/27/2025 and I still have not received the confirmation email, nor has my boss received her E-Gift card. This totally unacceptable. I will never purchase another card from your company again!
