What an experience! My son and I first NBA game and we got to experience it in this great venue. We had good seats but next time we’ll be sure to get the warm-up passes. These will allow you to get in earlier to watch the teams warm-up before the game. The seating for this was on the floor, court side. Of course you have to move whenever the game starts but to be court side while they’re warming up would be a cool experience. The venue is an amazing place to see/ hear a concert. Traffic is controlled well outside the venue. I went to see Mercy Me. Zach Williams and Toby Mac opened for Mercy Me. I was very disappointed that Mercy Me only played around 6 songs and that was it. No encore. Nothing. Zach Williams played approximately 30 minutes. Then came Toby Mac. He played for A LONG TIME. I recently attended a Cirque du Soleil show here, and while the venue itself is decent—small, yet well-suited for this type of performance with good visibility—the overall experience was extremely disappointing because of the staff and their policies. The bag policy is absurd. The size restrictions are unreasonably small, and there are no exceptions whatsoever. To make matters worse, the venue doesn’t offer any storage or coat check. Love the Pels and always a good time. Upper levels are chilly and floor is warm so dress in layers. Also DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS, they will want you to cross a median, 2 T-walls and a fence... use "Champion Square Parking Garage" instead.

I've seen a few concerts here, but this was my first NBA game. It was a blast! Pelicans vs Trail Blazers and what a game! It was a great experience and I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.
