The smoothie king center is clean as a whistle. Everything from the restrooms to the court to ever chair is comfortable. Honestly they are way more comfortable than the seats and chairs in the Caesars superdome. We were only here for a cheer comp but it was an amazing experience. I have attended basketball games here and the intensity is exactly what you would believe it to be! High and running full of adrenaline.

Every time I've been inside the Smoothie King Center for events, I've always had a great time! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Arena is fairly clean and spacious. Parking can be a hassle sometimes depending on the event, but aside from that it's a pretty nice venue in the NOLA area.

Lovely staff and wonderful venue! The SKC has a nice intimate feel. Not as huge & epic as the Superdome. Great concert venue. The entire staff was so lovely, friendly & helpful! 😍

Absolutely horrible experience attempting to get into this place to see the Lumineers, which we'd had tickets to see for over 2 months. Two of the "hired" security help were awful. A young black security guy in a yellow shirt, told me to come on through the gate. My purse was 5 x 7. The older black security woman said no, to him, and me, that my purse was too big?? She was just rude and didn't even try to be polite. She was upset with something when I reached the gate, and it wasn't me. She never smiled or said hello,... read more

Very good experience. We had a sky box, nice food and drinks. Our bartender was amazing. Bathroom had an attendant that was very helpful. Highly recommend
