.🙏🏽An amazing spa. I have been here a few times. Kiki has always been welcoming, and very attentive. She has wonderful strong hands and has resolved my knots in the back. I ask for a strong massage and she never fails. She is always very polite.what I admire in her, she has never demanded tips. She is always happy and content with what you give her. Today I had Kiki to do the massage for me. She understood that I have back pain problem, she patiently scrub and massage my back. She is really professional and love her massage techniques. My back feels fully relief after her massage. Also, Kiki is very friendly, and highly recommend to go to Smooth Water spa and ask for Kiki. I'm sure you'll be a very happy customer!
This was my first time coming here and Kiki did an amazing job! She made me feel very comfortable and the massage was amazing! Will definitely be coming back soon!
I have been to going this spa for years now, and Mia the masseuse is wonderful, very pleasant and polite, and she does a fantastic job. Very accomodating, and she pus a lot of efforts in the massage. Amazing person, I tried many other places but she is the best. You will not regert it, she is a wonderful person and she works hard for the customers. I will use her for ever.
👎 There are several things that I disliked about this place. The massage itself was very discomforting. It was almost like dealing with someone whose never given a massage before. Then all of the materials need to do the massage weren’t even in the room, so the person kept leaving to grab more things she needed to complete the massage. When it was over, she demanded a tip.
