My experience at Smooth at VA Beach with Hailey was incredible. She taught me so much about skin care during my treatment. A phenomenal experience.
Abby was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to check in on me, explain everything clearly, and helped make the experience much less stressful and far less painful than I expected. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I really appreciated the extra care she showed.

I have been going to Smooth for over 2 years. The service is great, and Maddie is an excellent esthetician!! The staff is always friendly, it’s a great environment, and I love their membership plans and saving money every time I go.
I’ve been coming to Smooth for almost 2 years & I’ve never left disappointed. I see Hailey and she does such an amazing job on my brows! Everyone here is so friendly and makes me feel comfortable from start to finish.
