I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. The customer service is outstanding across the board! Everyone is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Whether it’s waxing, facials, or any of their other services, the quality is top-notch every time. The environment is clean, friendly, and comfortable, which makes every visit a truly relaxing experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smooth in VA Beach . The best facial ever! The products are from the Osea line and they are amazing!
