RecommendedThis place is great. Went in looking for a new vape yesterday and the sales associate who was there i had asked what was a better upgrade from the mico device and he suggested the Lost Vape Orion x Q and its perfect hand held device. And he wasnt kidding how much better it was. Hits so smooth and the flavor delivered from the pod of the in house juice from smooth vaporz. Also purched a 420 3 in 1 kit and it its prime!!! Thank you for your service over the years!!
This place is excellent for customer service, knowledgeable reps. I was sad to see them leave Bristol, CT. I travel to Waterbury to keep getting my vape juice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Today they helped me with getting a tow truck on a Sunday.
The people who work at the waterbury location are awesome. They’re always willing to help out with information or even suggestions on what juices to vape. The only shop i order from. The best part is they even go out if their way to make sure you get exactly what you need!
I'm currently having an issue with my smok alien. I went to the store in SEYMOUR to get it figured out, the girl there couldn't figure out my issue and smok warranty service was closed for the day. I, being irritated and without nicotine for a few hours, was ecstatic when she actually gave me one of HER personal aliens to borrow while I got mine fixed or warrantied. Could not be happier that there are still awesome people in this world who know my frustration and wanted to help!

Well my husband and I are regular at the Torrington smooth vapors. We always see Kyle and Rich. I been eyeing this vape like for over a month and I final got it yesterday. They always have a friendly face and great with customers. They answer any questions u have. There always make sure the customer happy and that's what it's all about. I gave them 5 stars because they make this store.
