I decided to use Smooth Surfaces even though I had read the previous reviews. I went in and spoke with Levi and was candid about my doubts because of the other reviews. Boy am I glad that I did. I am not sure what happened with the other customers on this site, but my experience was nothing but positive. He and his employees were professional, on time and on budget.
