Yesterday was my first experience with Ms Katrina at Smooth Silhouette. I tell you, this beautiful queen is a Lock Goddesses. In the transition of my move from Nashville, yeah I was neglecting my locks. Ms. K Smoothly swooped in put those heavenly hands to work and gotta a brotha looking right. Called this place to make an appointment, women answers the phone sounding annoyed and as if she’s in bed. Called again another day in the afternoon and after silence, I say “hello” and she snaps back “yes!”. Didn’t even step foot in the salon and already knowing what kind of environment it is. No thank you
