Absolutely LOVE this space and my brows turned out perfectly!
This was my first ever waxing experience and I was super nervous. Jess instantly made me feel comfortable and it was much less painful than I was anticipating. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of going over how to care between appointments. I’m so happy I found Jess!

I had my first facial with Jess last night and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. She made my skin feel so smooth and glowy after. When we talked it just felt like we’ve known each other for years! The room is cozy and relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!
First time visiting Jess, and she really made me feel comfortable. She explained her process thoroughly, and then added lots of good conversation after educating. She is very clean and very through with her work. It was a nice surprise to have a first timer's discount as well! She even has a snack and beverage cart. It was a little challenging to find her suite, as I didn't realize it was inside Soho Suites (as labeled from the outside of the building) - but that's partially my fault.
