This is my second time using this company and it has gone downhill. I am absolutely disappointed.
Worst move of my life and that says a lot given I have moved several times with the military. Arrived late and with a rented truck. They said they don't own trucks so they use a UHaul. I asked to see their insurance which they did not have. I prefer licensed and insured companies.
We had a move scheduled today and they were a no call no show. I ended up having to spend hundreds of extra dollars to meet our deadline to be out of our house.
Update: Received a response to my review just to find out the owner is not taking accountability which seems to be the theme with this company and their reviews. Read all the reviews before highering this company. There seems to be a pattern with negative reviews and them claiming ithere is no record of us being customers or them saying they are just fake reviews.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Tyler and Lou did our move, they were on time and worked hard what I didn't realize is I had left my prescriptions on my bathroom counter and had 15 of my narcotic pain killers stolen. I was short the rest of the month and in excruciating pain.
