We hired this company in May, 2015 and were extremely disappointed. They arrived 6 hours late to our move, were still unloading our truck at midnight, didn't move most of the boxes because they ran out of time, marred one of our walls, broke a dresser drawer, and when I called the owner to follow up on my complaints, he was probably the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I moved to Cincinnati about 5 yrs ago and have use A Smooth Move three times now. They are the best movers and would not ever use anyone else. They take the time to make sure nothing was damaged and made me feel like they cared about what they were doing. I know when I use A Smooth Move my move is going to be stress free. These movers were great. They showed up on time, took excellent care of my belongings,and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to all my family and friend.
These movers were very professional, the owner answered and answered all my questions, they showed up at my house and did an amazing job, they didn't break,scrape, and or scratch anything. I would recommend these movers to anyone.
