A horrible experience, and I have only myself to blame, as I had read ALL of the negative complaints before I ordered one 6 months ago but no other company made the hardtop I needed, so I caved. They took my money, and stopped returning calls or emails. Hopefully my credit card gives me the money back, as I have a dispute with them about it currently. Smooth Line Declared Bankruptcy - stiffing customers for $1,000's money
AVOID !!!!! Terrible product and even worse service. The glass on my 1986 corvette top broke and I've been trying to get a replacement for over a year now. I keep getting the run around by being told to email instead of call. They never answer the phone and today their voice mailbox is full. Complete trash as a product that doesn't last at all. That includes the people
Ordered and paid for a top over 10 months ago. Paid upfront for expedited manufacturing and shipping. They had no trouble taking my money but now they won’t return any phone calls or emails. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.
Like others, my only objective was to receive the product I paid for. I placed an order in May 2021, paid in full. Since then, smoothline communication has been anything but smooth or responsive. When I finally provoke a response, I received excuse after excuse. To date, the product was not recieved. Smoothline is non responsive since my last attempts to reach them.
