Alex clearly explains the benefits of each pose, encourages questions, and listens to feedback, adjusting her approach as appropriate. She truly provides a personal approach to yoga. As someone who had only a superficial knowledge of yoga, I have come so far in my appreciation for and understanding of the benefits of yoga as a result of my sessions with Alex.
I am pretty new to yoga and Alex makes you feel comfortable while teaching you with great instructions and encouragement.

I've been taking yoga with Alex for the past 51/2 years doing deep stretch and Slow Flow yoga. She's an awesome teacher! I appreciate the verbal instructions and the soothing music. I would also welcome any pose corrections. It has been body healing and challenging both to become more flexible and stronger and Alex is an inspiration! If I could go back in time I would start yoga at an earlier age, and with Alex!
