Alex is amazing! Favorite yoga teacher
Alex clearly explains the benefits of each pose, encourages questions, and listens to feedback, adjusting her approach as appropriate. She truly provides a personal approach to yoga. As someone who had only a superficial knowledge of yoga, I have come so far in my appreciation for and understanding of the benefits of yoga as a result of my sessions with Alex.
I am pretty new to yoga and Alex makes you feel comfortable while teaching you with great instructions and encouragement.
Felt very relaxed and energetic!
