I have been going to Smooth Effects Kelowna for a few laser treatments. Each time Alexis has been absolutely fantastic. She is very friendly and efficient. This last time I had laser hair removal and a photogenesis facial. I have not had a facial in 15 years my last one on a cruise ship wasn't the best experience.
