I called this company on a Sunday. Left message. They returned call on Monday morning and told me they would come out between certain hours. I had a doctors appointment, so I told her that I'd be home between other hours. They worked with me and showed up a few minutes before I got home. Miguel and his assistant waited for me. Absolutely blown away by this company, and the employees, at the Ormond Beach location! I called, left a message, and within minutes I had a return call. Even better, the technician was able to come to my home within an hour, give me a free estimate, and then immediately proceed to do the repair, with the assistance of two other technicians!
