Human resources uses temp agencies to find employment and gives full control to non English management. Warehouse is completely favoritism if your not Hispanic and that's so depressing. It's not the job itself that's hard at all. It's the employees, they are messy and in this time of people really looking for work. SmoothBor could care less and doesn't matter how good you are. If that warehouse don't like you, you won't stay.. very disappointing. Horrible experience
