I’ve been a Smoothe Beauty client since 2004 (waxing, lashes, facials, treatments head-to-toe the whole shebang) and can’t recommend them more highly. Incredibly knowledgeable, great services and the team are always fun and friendly. I am located in Qld nowadays but my recent visit to the new Bondi salon for Fibroblast and Microneedling was excellent, as always. Booked a $35 wax and the girl did a $45 wax and only told me after that it would cost me more. Would appreciate a heads up “I’m actually going to do x which will cost x more dollars” so I don’t have to say “yeah ok .. that’s fine” while I’m still lying there. I probably would have said yes anyway because it’s only $10 but then I can at least have the choice of what service I’m getting. Otherwise did a good job and was friendly but probably wouldn’t go back.

Most relaxing facial I've ever had. Noki selected the personalised facial for me, using gorgeous and effective products and gave quality massage and lymphatic drainage throughout.

I’ve just had waxing done with Noki, she was so sweet and reassuring about some concerns I had. Waxing was super painless compared to other salons and she helped me pick some aftercare products but wasn’t pushy on selling them to me!
