Was booked in for my last laser hair removal treatment with silk laser today. Have been waiting to use my pre-paid sessions and move elsewhere as I find the staff quite rude. Arrived at my appointment to be told the machine was broken therefore could not have the procedure done. Girl at the desk assured me they had “called me 3-4 times today and left a message” which is simply not true. I had flat cheeks and was really unhappy with the way I looked - so I decided to get cheek fillers at Smooth as Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic - and I couldn't be happier with the results! I feel as though my face finally looks normal. Actually, without the risk of sounding conceited, my face looks even better than normal! The Smooth as Silk team were absolutely fantastic! They made me feel right at home and were super friendly and hospitable. Well worth the money! Highly recommended. Thanks guys

First time having laser hair reduction and couldn't have been happier. The salon is very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I am already seeing results and will be back for more treatments

My first time ever having botox and I was very nervous. The doctor took as long as I needed answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. The procedure didn't hurt and the results are better then I could hope for. Thank you!
