I’ve been here a couple times. They don’t honor their own policy(If you are running late, we can get you in later that SAME DAY without penalty.). I was charged 30$ for no show. Unfortunately I was running late due to traffic cause by the rain. At the 8 minute mark I received email and text my appointment has been canceled. I immediately call since I was pulling into the parking lot and am told since it’s halfway through my appointment time they canceled me because they were closing. This place is amazing. Best experience ever. Clean, friendly, quality waxing experience. I got my eyebrows done as well as underarms and a Brazilian in 20 min. I'm definitely going back on a regular basis
