Poor property management. Our reservation was cancelled the morning of our arrival (by email- no phone call) due to maintenance issues (which I understand). We had called earlier in the week to confirm reservations and the property manager was rude. Our reservation was refunded but we’ll not book through Smoky Stays again.
Nice enough spot, all the basics, not luxury, not too shabby.
Great cabin and great stay. Maintenance on the cabin was up to date. I will definitely stay here again in the future. The theater room was top notch!
