This is a ridiculous third party app. I canceled my reservation within 1 hour of booking since there wasn't enough information listed about the property, and they won't refund me the $548.74 service charge. This is super upsetting.
This website and customer service are self proclaimed fools. My payment method was declined, and Smoky mountains.com will not refund my money even though my payment was declined. The customer service rep literally said that the system was fooled and wouldn't refund my money. The property manager never touched my money.
