That one star more appropriately would be a 'minus' The cabin at 1523 Gillespie Way, and named, at the time, " Mountain Bliss", was the subject of an objective, but real time video experience by the renters of that cabin, a Gatlinburg LEO, and the owner-operators of a local vehicle recovery and towing Company. Never rent from this joke of a company, so many issues, problems I can’t even list them all and they refused to help with not even one of them, find another rental company please!
Your incompetence to safely allow your rental guests to enter and exit safely is astounding. Your property is not city roads. They're private. Horrible company.
