My car was parked an someone insured by this company backed into it. They only let you use their preferred repair facility and preferred rental car company. The rental car company wants access to your bank info for a security deposit. Smoky Valley refuses to intercede on our behalf or to work with the local companies, instead referring you to 800 numbers. The car isn't getting fixed and it looks like I'll be walking to work.
