Over the last year, they have done a good job. The last month, for whatever reason, has been awful! As of now, they have missed three straight weeks of pick up. Luckily, we run it to one of the convenience centers. As a business, even when things are tough, they should reach out and communicate with all of their clients. We should not have to go on their website to find new details regarding service, which, they will not abide by anyway. We have used Smokey Valley since 2021 with only a few instances that the truck was down or he had a terrible injury. We continue with them. However since November 1 we have had trash picked up twice. I have called- can’t leave a message cause their mailbox is full. I have text, no response! I have sent the formal cancellation of service in-no response! I don't know what is going on with Smoky Valley Garbage. They haven't picked up my trash for over a month. I've paid my bill. I've called, texted and e mailed. I get no response. I'm thoroughly irritated with them. At this point they need to come get their trash can from my house. I don't recommend them at all. Very unreliable. At the very least they should communicate with their customers if something is wrong. I would like a refund.

Pretty sure this company has turned into a scam. Luckily I went in and manually canceled auto pay. They continue to send me bills through emails with late fees even though I canceled service almost 3 months ago since our trash was not being picked up. Our neighbors can has been sitting in the road full for weeks. Seems like they closed shop, but continue to take peoples money. BEWARE

Do not use this trash service. Like many other comments listed, this company started out just fine but over the last year, they have become more and more inconsistent and had very little communication. Things happen, equipment breaks but you have to have a plan to somehow continue the service you are being paid to do or at least communicate with your customers.
