This is the WORST company to pick up garbage for you. 1000000/10 DO NOT recommend. They charge more than once every 3 months, yet the contract says otherwise. If you want them to pick up a larger item for you, COMPLETELY expect to do all of the lifting and the brunt work yourself because they send one old woman to pick up a giant king sized mattress, & then had the balls to ask me, 8 months pregnant at the time, to load the thing into her tiny truck that no mattress would even fit into. 4 missed pickups in 5 weeks. Sigh. We were stupid and paid a year in advance. They were ok, (not great) for the first 8 months. Then missed a pickup, and came on the following Saturday. No notice. No call, no email. No text. 😡 Then missed the next 3 weeks. I left messages on the webpage, phone, and text. No response. Finally no option but to cancel and move to another service. 🤬 I have no idea what happened or why. But I’m back to taking my own garbage to the dumpster again. yay. ☹️

My husband and I had service through Smoky Valley Garbage (until we moved to an area he does not sercice). We called around to everyone trying to see who serviced our location, prices, etc. Chad was who we chose as he seemed honest, hard working, and very dependable! He brought a trash can almost immediately. Chad proved us right as he was extremely dependable. He went above and beyond with us and we could not be more appreciative! I do and will continue to recommend his services.

The BEST pickup service. Better than the city for sure because I’ve had both. I’ve never had an issue with Chad. It’s been a phenomenal service. I tell anyone outside of city limits to see if he covers their area because I know they’ll be in great hands!

We have been using Smoky Valley Garbage for over a year and are very happy with their service. Never have had any issues. Chad is very nice and we love getting PayPal invoices. Makes paying the bill very easy! if you don't want to haul your trash in your car anymore I highly recommend Smoky Valley!! Worth the money!
