I'm not sure what happened last fall, but this company seems to have lost the script. I'd been with them for years, service was great. Then last fall the pickups became sporadic. From Thanksgiving until January, one 1 pickup. I had bags sitting on the ground next to the full bin. I finally canceled my account in January. I got bills February and March, which I didn't pay. I think an email or text from them would have been the respectable thing to do, just to let me know what's up.

We have used Smokey Valley since 2021 with only a few instances that the truck was down or he had a terrible injury. We continue with them. However since November 1 we have had trash picked up twice. I have called- can’t leave a message cause their mailbox is full. I have text, no response! I have sent the formal cancellation of service in-no response! It was good for the first seven years and then something drastically changed. Pick up became sporadic, then bills came, but no service we went over a month without a pick up. We tried to call numerous times. Then we canceled service as directed on the website and still continued receiving bills. We still have the can still waiting on them to pick it up. It’s been four months.

I don't know what is going on with Smoky Valley Garbage. They haven't picked up my trash for over a month. I've paid my bill. I've called, texted and e mailed. I get no response. I'm thoroughly irritated with them. At this point they need to come get their trash can from my house. I don't recommend them at all. Very unreliable. At the very least they should communicate with their customers if something is wrong. I would like a refund.

I have been with garbage pickup up service with them since moving here in 2020. As a paying customer I have to look at the website to see what is going on if the garbage is not picked up, my billing always seems to find it's way to my email but a message can't be sent as curiosity?
