This urgent care is closing permanently April 29, 2025.
The first time I came they were not open for business even though it was 30 minutes past their posted lunch hour. Today was the second time I tried to get care here. I was told they do not take MEDICARE. No sign on the door. Front desk staff was unprofessional and bad tempered. The doors are locked during business hours. I have no idea what's going on with this place but it was a very creepy experience.
Great little urgent care center with friendly staff and quick service. They should definitely set up a voicemail system, though, as they aren’t always able to answer the phone, which is understandable.
Rude and can’t even send the prescription to the right pharmacy.
They never answer their phones. I've called 10 times in the last 4 days and nothing. My last experience there when I had an appointment the man upfront was extremely rude to all coustomers. And had a bad attitude. None of the staff acted like they new anything. It was just all unprofessional and unpleasant to be there period. The guy who came in my room to do the basic care had regular nasty looking jeans and a baggy shirt on and I questioned at one point if he just came in from off the street.
