Was there on 7-31-2026 and the girl working evening was horrible! She was rude to all customers no manners ,acted liked everyone was like a waste of her time! They lost sells here today and a.repeat customer from years past!!!! She doesn’t deserve a job there!!! Do better!!!
Watched one of your employees heard a pigeon to the side of the store where a water bowl was placed and then dumped either coffee or soda out of his mug and on the bird. Older man, glasses. Extremely disgusting behavior.
Salesman put my old glasses in bag with what I thought was bax and paper work. Looked in bag later and it was Costa case. Went back. They could not provide any box or documents to go with glasses. I can not even register them with Oakley. Would not refund or exchange for other glasses with documents. Said they throw away all the boxes. BEWARE!!!!! RUDE WHEN TRYING TO ASK QUESTIONS.
It's truly enjoyable to walk into this sunglass shop. The customer service is always on point. It's rare to find a place you can try on pit vipers!
