They are absolutely great here! I was a very nervous patient but they explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me. The whole team here is extremely professional and personable.
Today was my first appointment with Smoky Mountain Smiles. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. The office is beautiful and very well kept. I have been a dental hygienist for the past 24 years in Asheville and recently retired and moved to the area and am working in a federally qualified dental clinic to serve the children of the county, and being the only hygienist there I needed to find a place to have my own teeth cleaned. Great place to get your teeth cleaned, checked and worked on. They got me in asap and went through everything going on with my teeth and came up with a plan to take care of my issues. Plus they’re super nice! Highly recommend.
10/10, I got put on the cancellation list for the next available appointment due to a tooth giving me issues. Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They got me in within two days of calling, reassured me every step of the way and fixed my issue same visit. Thanks so much, will be going back 100%.
