Kara White at Smokey Mountain Primary Care is outstanding. She actually listens, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Her follow-through is excellent—labs, referrals, and messages are handled promptly—and she’s warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The whole visit felt efficient and respectful. Highly recommend Kara and this clinic.
Kim Chambers doesn’t care about her job. She will call you a liar. She will ban you from her office and then she will continuously try to bill you… she doesn’t communicate to you or her team. She denied me care and called me a liar before ever even having a real conversation with me or asking about my issues. Her team had already given me suggestions for things and she called her team a liar and tried to tell me it would be a waste of time because she can already tell my body won’t qualify.
