Dr.P is amazing, just had surgery on Thurs 1/19/23. He had been such a help with my pain and my problem explained everything and even helped me with my restrictions at work. Front desk is such a sweet lady. Referred my husband and he is seeing a different doc but same experience. We love this office. Highly recommend

The staff at Smoky Mountain Foot and Ankle Clinic in both Sylva and Waynesville are great. Pleasant and helpful. Dr. Przynosch is the best. I had a permanent screw put in two of my toes ten years ago from another Podiatrist in Asheville. One toe was worse after that surgery. I have very few regrets in my life, but that was one thing I have regretted for the last ten years. Took a lot to get up the courage to have a second surgery to correct the issue. Had toe surgery by Dr. DelBene. Start to finish, no problems and substantially no pain. During the office procedure he even gave me notice that he was about to cut the toe bone (because we had previously discussed this). I heard the snap, but felt nothing. He is most pleasant to work with as he carefully listens and explains things thoroughly.
