Wonderful experience!! Everyone was super nice, from the receptionist, to the doctor, and to the lady who helped me pick out my glasses!!
Just had my annual check-up post cataract lens implant surgery. All went well and after one year my vision is still 20/20. Everyone in the office is informed and helpful. Dr Brown is excellent and takes time to explain and answer all questions. It really is the best eye care experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!
Doctor was very thorough. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me and even showed me the photos of inside my eye. The girls out front were super helpful when I was trying to pick out frames. ***Edit to say that I ended up having to go back 5-7 times. Glasses never were correct. I gave them a few hundred dollars and the office mgr basically said "too bad". She was awful. Amanda went above and beyond to make my transition to my first appointment smoother than I could imagine. The day before my visit she realized that my insurance wasn’t pulling up, so we searched and found the correct insurance in order to be seen. I really appreciate her patience and kindness especially willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
