Not happy with this company at all. I booked a vacation through VRBO, we needed to cancel- we cancelled far before the cut off date for a 100% refund listed on VRBO. Evidently the VRBO cancellation policy and the management company policies were different- I tried to contact this management company and received zero response. Looking for a 1 bedroom Cabin rental on the SMD ad page is Misleading stating "Rental" quotes begin at lower rates than what the actual Range of Pricing Really Starts! It would be nice to actually find one that only charges were the prices being quoted with that lower rates!!
When we get there, there no is no power the owner did everything for us even upgrade the cabin to keep us safe and warn, he even pay a night in a hotel waiting for the power, cabin was amazing both of them, beautiful clean, smell really nice, amazing views, honestly I was really happy with the service, I hope to come back again and I will rent this cabin again and all my friend gonna know about this beautiful place
