Loved Stress Relief cabin. It was perfect for the ten of us. It was exactly as described online and so easy to find. It was a great location to get to the national park, Gatlinberg, and Pigeon Forge. We also took advantage of free tickets to some local attractions. We would go back for sure!

Fantastic service! We stayed in February after a big freeze and the hot tub wasn't working so we were offered a cabin 3 doors down. We moved and the hot tub at the second cabin also had freeze damage and wasn't working. Long story short - gave us an extra night for free and gave us access to the first unit once the hot tub was fixed and had the hot tub fixed at our second cabin the very next day. They are great to work with and are super accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again. 5 star service!!!!

Although the view from Three Bears isnt as spectacular as the view from Serenity, the staff and booking specialists are fantastic! They care about the needs of the guests and endure that you have everything you need for a fabulous time! We will visit again next year and plan to continue to book with Smokey Mountain Chalet in the future. Thank you for making our trip a great one!

Our cabin, Grandmas Gift, was infested with hundreds of Asian beetles that continued to grow in number during our stay. We could not use the deck or the hot tub at all. They found themselves into the cabin, landing on countertops, walls, the mirror, the bed, and us…we even brought some dead ones back home with us and our belongings! and to top it off, the bedroom tv did not work. First and foremost, we appreciate the patience and quick answers given to any of our questions. Our stay at your Honeysuckle cabin was by far the best of any we've experienced in Tennessee. The view from the window wall was gorgeous, especially staying during peak fall foliage season. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge nestled in the foothills of GSM National Park. We will be back!
