Don't go to this place. It's a tourist trap. If you're going to look there for handmade blades they are only in the left corner of the store, everything else is a cheap Chinese thing that you can buy off Amazon and eBay for like 40% off of the price they are listing. They do not offer returns, only exchanges highly unsatisfied
Neat stuff. All junk. Was interested in the knife making course but after seeing the quality of the item I purchased, I'm good. If you want a keepsake that has the words Smoky Mountains on it well here you go. Pay 3x what you would on ebay for a knife that don't cut. If you want a real knife go to Smokey Mountain Knjfe works and get something good or the same junk for 1/3 the price. Great place, I got the Hog hunter bowie. Great Damascus steel Work. Very nice and helpful staff. Will come back when on next vacation.

shop selling low-grade items (including those boasting the confederate flag) sourced from amazon at markups over 200%. will openly lie about/omit details of their products. avoid this disreputable tourist trap. bumped up to 2-stars after they rectified their no-returns policy.
