Tom did a wonderful job sharpening my knife.
The people there are cool and the knives look nice. Unfortunately they tell you a whole story about how they make them with special steel and everything, but it’s all a lie. Go to any of the other knife shops in Gatlinburg and you’ll see the exact same ones they sell. It’s all cheaply manufactured Pakistani steel that they laser engrave/acid bathe to create a fake Damascus look. They are nice as display items but very poor quality. Go to smoky mountain knife works for the real deal, but be aware that real Damascus is pricy
Very cool stuff, good prices authentic knives and some cheaper replica stuff that make some cool wall decor. Bought one authentic push knife, already well sharpened.
Hour online are in correct. Disappointing
