Absolutely atrocious customer service. I've been charged 8-9 times, And only been able to work out 3-4 of those months. It took 3 months for them to tell me how to get started working out. But they were fine charging me all those months. A few months ago they change the door locks and gave NO information how to get inside. I emailed them 3 times in 2 weeks; no response. I called twice.
