If this could be a negative... They did some work on my system, did an acid wash and clearly didn't flush the system completely. The system worked flawlessly for 30 yrs until the main valve quit, some bleeders needed to be replaced to purge the system air, Well clearly the acid was not completely removed, a system that had zero pipe issues has it everywhere. I hate to have to change my review I am have been call them since July and they have not answered phone when strate to voice mail it is now Oct 18th I have let text messes np answer to the text messege I have emailed no answer to the emails I even texted and called the second number again strate to voice mail they use to be so amainze I dont know what happened:( but sad to say I had to change my review do not use . Great jump to the pump service. Ran out on a Sunday and changed a water heater for me. My customer was thrilled.
Ben from Smoky Lake Mechincal was very well mannered and professional. Had a drain back up and he was able to come out as soon as he could to help me out. I will recommend Ben and his services to anyone I know locally here. He also gave advice on how to fix the problem going forward.
