My daughter has been coming here for about a month now. I absolutely love this place. I feel confident leaving my daughter there. Everytime I ask her how her day went she says she has a great day! Great Staff and Great Communication. I also love the app. Keeps me updated of what my girl is doing. It’s the best.
I hate leaving negative reviews and so rarely do so. My child came here for a year and we had a normal amount of ups and downs over the year that we were comfortable navigating and we felt that she was always safe. This place just escalated to chaos over the last month and we had to leave. The director and assistant director both left at the same time with one week’s notice. I was definitely discriminated against. It’s sad because there’s really no way to prove these things. But clearly I’m the pregnant black girl who comes in for an interview and don’t get a call back. Clearly because I’m pregnant they don’t want to hire me. Which is sad especially as they are mothers themselves with kids that attend as well. However, following her departure, the quality of the center significantly deteriorated. My tenure as both an employee and a parent was mentally and physically exhausting.
