Very happy with our stay and the customer service received! The staff was easy to contact for questions, they were friendly and helpful and made check in and check out simple. The campground has a nice set up with lots of space between so you aren’t on top of other visitors. It felt private and quiet. Very clean and warm bathrooms. Perfect place to stay after a day in Gatlinburg or surrounding area.

My grandson and I stayed in baby bear cabin very cute small but had everything we needed microwave, small fridge and toilet and sink showers available at bath house. Place is very clean property well maintained and the lady at the checkin/camp store very friendly very helpful. Id definitely recommend this place Small but quaint We will definitely return as we visit three times a year and just ran across this place

This was a wonderful campground to stay at. I was arriving later than their main office was open, but they gave me a call and had a map awaiting my arrival with directions to my tent plot. They also had a bunch of recommendations for hikes and attractions in the area, which was super sweet. The bathrooms must have been newly renovated because they were the nicest I have seen in a campground, very clean. My only complaint is that the plot for my tent was on very large chunky gravel as opposed to fine gravel or grass so if you... read more
