After messing with my 3.5 ecoboost timing problem for forever I finally was able to get it into a shop after 2 years of smokin joes working on it..the parts I was charged for and what was done were totally separate using old parts and charging new and never fixing the issue. He refused to work on it because he simply couldn’t “figure it out” and left me with a half running truck
I don’t want to hate on anyone but I’ve taken my car there twice both times never even messed with my idle issue which both times I told them to check out and charged me a headlight that never even needed fixing and I don’t think they actually did something to the headlight at all. Pretty let down.
Have never met kinder man and his people in over 50 years.Never believd people were of that caliber.First time I met him but will never forget him.Thank you,Joe.
