We had Smoking J’s BBQ cater our men’s golf league banquet for 116 guys and they really delivered! The smoked brisket was tender, flavorful, and went fast. The pig roast was a big hit — great texture with crispy edges and plenty of juicy meat. The sides were all awesome and paired well with everything. There was more than enough food, and most of our group went back for seconds. We were hesitant to book Smoking J's BBQ to cater our daughter's wedding without tasting their food first, but we love pulled pork so decided to go for it. We were so glad we did!! Food was fantastic, they took care of all the set up, clean up and everything in between as needed. We look forward to using them for our next event.
Today I tried smoking Jay's BBQ as they catered it in for our department lunch today. We had the brisket, pulled pork, potato salad and mac and cheese. Everything looked amazing, everything smelled amazing but everything they dropped off was incredibly bland. I asked around to make sure it wasn't just me and everyone else said the same thing.
The food was absolutely amazing! We had the pulled pork, chicken, smoked mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes for our wedding. I would highly recommend Smoking J's for any parties you may have!
Had our catering reservation booked for six months, as our wedding date was approaching they cancelled on us with no explanation.
