Their food is outstanding. I live in Texas, surrounded by amazing BBQ. Never did I expect to be blown away by SmoKing BBQ, but I was. I've always believed good barbecue doesn't need sauce, but their sauce is nothing short of spectacular, and I found myself fighting the urge to drink it from the bottle. I highly recommend SmoKing BBQ.

Jim Collins wrote a book called Good to Great. Joel has authored a change to Iowa BBQ moving it from Good to Great. His chicken and brisket are my favorites. Do yourself a favor and look for the SmoKing flag and grab some Great BBQ. Normally I don’t use sauce as I’m a Texan, but occasionally I will add his as the flavor is just that Great!!

Excellent all around! The BBQ pork nachos are a favorite and if you can get the brisket before it is sold out, it is superb. Frankly, I don't use the BBQ sauce on any of the meats as they do not need any extra flavor. I did, however, acquire a bottle of the Chipotle sauce that I use at home whenever I have the opportunity. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices make this a must-stop if you see the SmoKing BBQ flag flying!
