My experience with Smokin S Properties was great. Gary, Darryl and the rest of the team were great to work with. They promptly responded to any questions and the entire process was fast and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them for your real estate needs.
At first, I was not sure about taking a cash offer for my mother’s distressed property. After meeting with Darryl and his partner, my concerns were eased. Darryl provided a fair offer that was way more than we expected and was honest and transparent throughout the entire process.
