Good pizza and very friendly staff.
Everything here is good but the service. Here is what happened. I placed an order online. It said show up in 20 minutes. I did. They said they didnt even start making it yet. There were 7 customers in there watching the game and they all had their orders. Then, a rush of people came in. I saw pizza dough being tossed and put in the oven. Everyone's orders were being made. Made an order for pick up, order said it would be ready for pick up in 15min. 20min later I arrive at the establishment, I approach the front counter, state my name and that I have a pickup order. The young man behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking French. I again, said I had an online order and repeated my name. He ran to the back to ask whom I assume was a manager. Great place. Friendly staff. Pizza was DELICIOUS!
Just so everyone knows, don’t order online and expect it to be ready at the time it says complete on the app. They informed me that it’s not a thing and they will wait till you arrive to make the pizza. Which is absolutely false because I’ve never had an issue till tonight and they wanted to argue about it. Very disappointed in the customer service
